You accept this agreement when placing an order or using our services. We confirm acceptance by email after successful order placement.

You may not transfer or assign your account without our written permission.

We provide access to servers, infrastructure, and network connectivity. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use our services.

You do not own any hardware, IP, or software provided by us.

• All services must be paid in advance.
• Invoices are sent via email.
• Accepted payments: Credit Card, Debit Card, Crypto, Wallets.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

• Refund available only within 24 hours of purchase.
• No refund if more than 25GB data used.
• No refund after 24 hours under any condition.
• Processing fee may apply.
• Refund may be denied if reason is not valid.

• Spamming is strictly prohibited.
• Public torrenting is not allowed.
• Illegal activities are forbidden.
• Abuse of server resources is not allowed.

• You can cancel at the end of billing cycle.
• We may terminate with prior notice.
• Immediate termination for policy violation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Downtime
• Network issues
• Third-party failures

You agree to protect and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses caused by your use of our services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

• We may update these terms at any time.
• Invalid clauses do not affect other terms.
• This agreement is governed by applicable laws.
