We offer a 48-hour limited refund guarantee for eligible services if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction
  • Our support team will first try to resolve your issue

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund requests will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Order placed by mistake
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use Dedicated server
  • Issues caused by your internet or device
  • Slow speed due to external network factors
  • Inability to use specific websites or tools
  • Not using the service during your subscription period

3. Strict Policy (Important)

No refund will be provided if you violate our Terms of Service, including:
  • Hacking, spamming, or illegal activities
  • Abuse or misuse of server resources
  • Any activity against our acceptable usage policy

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the service was used for a limited time and the issue cannot be resolved.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute without contacting support first may result in account suspension and permanent service termination. Refunds will not be processed in such cases.
